Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer yet a service of changes or returns free of charge, but you can do it on your own and we will refund you the money of the products. Please contact us to dancelifeshoes@gmail.com so we are aware of the reason of your return and also provide us with a shipping number or tracking number so we can be ready to collect the parcel back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important!!
 
    Make sure you return the items in a proper way, like a safe envelop or similar.
 
    Make sure that you send it with a certification and a tracking number. Make sure it is free of charge of customs if you live out of Europe (of the EU).

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bikinis or jewlery (for hygienic reasons) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


!!! Products with a 25% discount or over, are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop!!

 
!!! Shipping free offers are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop or the price of the shipping will be reduced of the total!!
Orders with special promotion as Xeuros discount for orders over Xeuros, will be just refundable if it still continues to meet the conditions of the promotion; otherwise, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the form of a coupon for the next order.
 
!!! Orders with a legging free gift offers are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop!! Or you will have to send the legging as well to get a 100% refund (if its retuns situation does not apply for any other of the exceptions on this page which would correspond to a 100% refund in the same payment method)
 
!! For orders where 50% or more of its items are returned, a fee of 1.95€ will be discounted from the total amount to refund for returns up to 3 items, for returns of over 3 items this fee will be 2,95€ and for returns of 10+ items the fee will be 4,95€. For products returned to be changed for a different size or returned for a coupon on our shop to buy another product the fee would be 0€ 🙂

 

 

Exchanges (free)

In Dancelife we want our clients happy! :) If you like the product but just need a different size, we will send you the new size for free, once received the one that doesnt suit you, so you won't pay again the shipping fee :) (only 1 change of the same order will be accepted)


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In that case, we can create a coupon with shipping free for you.


Refunds

You can choose between:
 
    Refund of the product
    Coupon of the value of the total (product + shipping) for your new purchase


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if you are not getting a coupon for your next purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
