Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for a return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot yet offer a free return or exchange service, but you can organize it yourself, and we will refund the value of the products. Please contact us at dancelifeshoes@gmail.com to inform us of the reason for your return and provide a tracking number so we can be ready to collect the parcel. Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Important!

  • Make sure to return the items properly, for example, in a secure envelope or similar.
  • Ensure they are sent with certification and a tracking number. If you live outside Europe (EU), please make sure the shipment is free of customs charges.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Swimwear or jewelry (for hygienic reasons)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.


Discounted or Promotional Products:

  • Products with a 25% or more discount (on the original price or after applying a coupon): they can only be refunded as a store credit for the value of the returned products, valid for 3 months in our shop.
  • Orders with free shipping: they can only be refunded as store credit for the value of the returned products, valid for 3 months, or the shipping price will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  • Orders with special promotions (for example, discounts for orders over a certain amount): they can only be refunded if they still meet the conditions of the promotion; otherwise, the corresponding amount will be refunded as a coupon for your next order.
  • Orders with free leggings gift: they can only be refunded as store credit valid for 3 months in our shop, or you will need to return the leggings to get a full refund.

For orders where 50% or more of the items are returned, the following fees will apply:

  • 1.95€ for returns of up to 3 items.
  • 2.95€ for returns of more than 3 items.
  • 4.95€ for returns of 10 items or more.

These fees do not apply for size exchanges or returns for a store credit.


Exchanges (free)

At Dancelife, we want our customers to be happy! 😊 If you like the product but need a different size, we will send you the new size for free as soon as we receive the one that doesn't fit you. (Only one exchange per order is accepted).

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In that case, we can create a store credit with free shipping for you.


Refunds

Once the above conditions have been reviewed and for orders not covered by the exceptions mentioned, you can choose from the following options:

  1. Refund of the value of the product.
  2. Store credit for the total amount (product + shipping) for your next purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days unless you choose store credit for your next purchase.

Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at dancelifeshoes@gmail.com.
