How long will it take to arrive?

The processing time for your order will be a maximum of 48 hours (excluding national holidays in Spain, which may take longer, but not more than 1 week).

After that, your order will be shipped.

  • We send all our parcels with certification and a tracking number, so no worries, as soon as we ship it, we will send you the tracking number via email, so you always know where your parcel is 🙂

  • Once the order is confirmed, the name, address, or any shipping details cannot be modified. From the moment the shipping is sent until you receive it, you are responsible for its correct reception. So, if you notice that the goods take a little longer to arrive, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number we sent via email.

What is the cost of shipping?

As you know, we are a small company growing little by little, so we are still working on getting better shipping prices as we are too small to be considered by big shipping companies. But if you continue to support us, we promise we will improve it!!

So, for now, these are the prices we have:

–> For Spain (mainland only), fixed price of 3.95€ and it takes around 2-4 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 70€.

–> For Portugal (islands excluded), Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands, fixed price of 5.95€ and it takes around 4-8 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 80€.

–> For France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands, fixed price of 8.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 100€.

–> For Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, fixed price of 9.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 100€.

–> For Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, the UK, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Albania, Andorra, Serbia, Ukraine, Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, fixed price of 12.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 120€.

–> For the USA, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, fixed price of 14.95€ and it takes around 6-12 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 150€.

–> For Norway, China, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Chile, Guadeloupe, India, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Iceland, Monaco, and San Marino, fixed price of 16.95€ and it takes around 6-12 working days to arrive. Free shipping for orders over 150€.

–> For the rest of the world (and yes, we ship worldwide!), our price is 22.95€ and it can take from 1 to 3 weeks. Free shipping for orders over 150€.

Please, if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, check with the tracking number on your local postal website and let us know. It is also your responsibility to collect your parcel 🙂
