How long will it take to arrive?

The processing time for your order will be 48h maximum (excluding national holidays periods in Spain that could take longer, not more than 1 week)
 
After that, your order will be shipped.
 
    We send all our parcels with a certification and a tracking number, so no worries, as soon as we ship it, we will send you the tracking number via email, so you always know where your parcel is 🙂
 
    Since the moment that the order is confirmed, the name, address or any shipping details won’t be possible to modify. From the moment the shipping is sent until you have it with you, you are the responsable of the correct réception of it, so please, if you see that the goods take a little longer to arrive, contact the shipping company with the tracking number we send on the email. 
As you know, we are a little company growing little by little, so we are still struggling to get better shipping prices because we are still too small to be considered by the shipping companies. But if you keep supporting us, we promise we are going to improve it!!
 
So, at the moment, those are the prices we have:
 
–> For Spain (sólo peninsula), fixed price of 3.95€ and it takes around 2-4 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 60€.
–> For Portugal (islands excluded), Ceuta, Melilla, Baleares and Canarias, fixed price of 5,95€ and it takes around 4-8 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 70€.
–> For France, Germany Bélgium, Luxemburgo and The Netherlands, fixed price of 8.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 90€.
 
–> For Italy,  Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic fixed price of 9.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 95€.

–> For Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweeden, UK, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Albania, Andorra, Serbia, Ucraine, Ireland, Greece, Bulgary, Romania , fixed price of 12.95€ and it takes around 5-10 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 100€.
–> For USA, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Mexico and Republica Dominicana fixed price of 14.95€ and it takes around 6-12 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 120€.
–> For Norway, China, Singapur, United Arab Emirates, Catar, Chile, Guadalupe, India, Morroco, Túnez, Turkey, Ciudad del Vaticano, Gibraltar, Iceland, Mónaco and San Marin, fixed price of 16.95€ and it takes around 6-12 working days to arrive. Shipping free for orders over 120€.
–> For the rest of the world (and yes, we ship worldwide!) our price is 22,95€ and it can take from 1 to 3 weeks. Shipping free for orders over 150€.
 
    So please, if your order is taking longer than this to arrive, check with the tracking number in your current post website and let us know. It is also your responsibility to collect your parcel 🙂
 
    Please double check your shipping address, If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
